Karolina started at the Invermere Veterinary Hospital in September 2022 and is our Inventory Control Specialist. 

Karolina immigrated from Poland to Canada when she was young and lived in Ontario before moving to BC. Karolina is a graduate of the University of Toronto where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree. In summer 2022 she moved to the valley with her husband Paul. Karolina is bilingual in Polish and English.

Prior to the move she worked in the eye-care field for many years as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant specializing in performing dry eye treatments for patients and performing diagnostic testing. She has really enjoyed her transition into the veterinary medicine field and her love of animals has made the opportunity a perfect fit.

Outside of work you will find Karolina outside (traveling, hiking and camping), oil painting, or cooking and being a foodie.  She is working on her goal of visiting 30 countries before she turns 30.
